The lengthy menu here has a split personality—one Cambodian and one French—and a fusion of the two is evident. Offerings range from bistro fare to classic French dishes. Preparations of sea bass, steak, chicken, lamb, duck, shrimp and catfish populate both sides of the menu. Many Cambodian dishes can be prepared for vegetarians, and one featured offering is entirely vegetarian. The wine list is extensive.
