Located off a busy state road, but I noticed minimal noise level. Rooms are spacious and some have a sleeper sofa and an upholstered chair for relaxation. The salt water pool is a nice amenity. Salt water pool Smoke free premises. 68 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Not bad compared with other places we've stayed, but disappointing for the price.
Pros: Snacks, coffee and tea available at all times in lobby. Breakfast good. Room okay but not as modern as many others in this price range, no charging ports although there are plenty of outlets on the lamps. Decent bathroom and plenty of towels. Staff in breakfast room warm and friendly.
Cons: Housekeeping never touched the room, were were there two nights. We left the room 8:30 am first morning, husband came back at 10:45am, nobody had been there. He put Do Not Disturb sign on door two hours. He left at 12:30. We returned 9:00pm and the room was the same, never touched. We mentioned it at checkout. We were told we should have "caught housekeeping in the hallway and mentioned it when my husband left at 12:30." We were also told to call the front desk. We should not have to do either. Housekeeping should make a note and return to the room later when no sign is on the door. Also, I could hear the guy next room over clearing his throat, talking and many other noises I won't elaborate on. No sound proofing. If we return I will ask for a room with some empty ones on either side. The only reason we stay here is the proximity to the conference we attend each winter.

A great hotel and a perfect stay. Staff was very accommodating. I am regular and keep returning because of it's great service

I believe all hotels should learn from the ones at the Hampton I stayed in. I felt secure and had no problem with acquiring information to my questions. Good show chaps!
Pros: The staff. They were very friendly and efficient
Cons: Location is hard to find. Perhaps signs to follow for people who are new to the area would help

Pros: The free hot breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful.
Cons: My only issue was my room was on the interstate side of the building. Truck engine noise kept waking me up.
