Rough-hewn timbers and walls adorned with cowboy paraphernalia from the ranch lands of Brazil provide a setting that is unusual on Cape Cod. Churrascaria de rodizio, is a style of cooking in which meats are grilled on skewers over a wood fire then carved at the table by a churresqueiro (cook)—this is a style of service popular in Southern Brazil. The salad bar and buffet (included in the price) offer a variety of vegetarian, soup, pasta and seafood options. All desserts are made in house. Tender filet mignon rubbed with sea salt, chicken wrapped in bacon and tender lamb are just some of the tasty meat samplings offered.
