This tasteful, busy bistro provides leisurely paced dining. The eclectic, seasonally changing menu is sourced from local and regional farms. Entrées may include cioppino, Niman Ranch pork chops, Colorado lamb stew, cod and salmon. Gluten-free and vegan choices also are available. The dining room floor is made from reclaimed wood and the chairs from aluminum originally from a naval ship. A personally selected wine list complements all menu choices.
