Pros: Our room was quiet, large and very comfortable. We are older people and require more comforts due to disability. The suite was perfect. We also enjoyed the fact that a restaurant and bar were on premises.

Pros: The room had a comfortable bed and the breakfast was good.
Cons: We often stay in Embassy Suites and this was the poorest one we'd been in. The dinner was awful, the room smaller than usual for this chain and the printer in the business centre wasn't working. It's advertised as a Boston area hotel but is a long way out of Boston.

Pros: The entertaining chef at breakfast.. How friendly and professional the staff is especially dealing with bratty children and their halfbrained parents. The fact they moved us from our first room that was 80 degrees from the hot day the AC wasn't working right. They moved us to a pretty comfortable room.
Cons: Bratty children running around like they own the place and their parents not caring at all..
