Pros: The hotel and staff was top quality. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Room extremely clean and comfortable, pool and hot tube well taken care of, breakfast was very good. Overall experience, "WONDERFUL". I highly recommend a stay at this Sheraton.
Cons: There is a nightly charge for parking. I realize most higher end hotels have this policy but I have never agreed it should be. But, as with most things in life, very few things which have value are free. There is always a price for quality.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Free shuttle from/to the train station.
Cons: No breakfast included.

We didn't want to pay for a cab after paying to stay at this hotel, but the shuttle was unreliable. Staff was not very friendly or helpful.
Pros: It was nice that even though you are in the outskirts of Boston, you can take the train and within just over a half hour you are in the middle of Boston.
Cons: They have a shuttle, but it only runs 7-10 am and 4-9 pm. It was stressful trying to make our plans fit into those short time frames and the hotel is too far from much of anything to walk. The shuttle was also never on time, expect to wait at least 20 min

Pros: Room is large and clean.
Cons: Extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk. I arrived at 1am and the staff was keep chatting with the guest ahead. When it finally comes to my turn he was just looking at me, without even a "hello", and the keys were usless need to be fixed
