AAA Editor Notes
Jackson Homestead and Museum, 527 Washington St., is a Federal-style house constructed in 1809. The homestead serves as a museum housing a collection of historical artifacts and items that interpret Newton's history, including the role of the Jackson Homestead as a stop on the Underground Railroad. Changing exhibits are featured.

$6; $5 (ages 6-12, ages 65+ and students with ID). Combination ticket with The Durant-Kenrick House & Grounds (valid for 1 year) $10; $8 (ages 6-12, ages 65+ and students with ID).
