The room we stayed was ok! The carpets should be replaced they have stains.
Pros: The beach and the restaurant
Cons: There was no room service for food.

Pros: rooms were very clean and comfortable, plenty of light and great summer staff mostly from Eastern Europe,to supplement the top notch hotel staff, breakfast is great and RED'S restaurant surprisingly good, ('tho it's sporty themed. with wooden bar type tables) hotel right on beach plenty of towels and great beach bar as well as service for umbrellas, chairs on the beach!
Cons: indoor pool area is not super clean and the air is stuffy. the towel station is fine, but the spa/hot tub is a little not so clean or inviting. no mini bar in the room not a huge deal, as there is a fridge, but still, i'd rather have a mini bar instead of the iron & ironing board, which my MMA son found handy.

Pros: We ate several meals at the hotel. The food was excellent.
Cons: Would have loved to see a spectacular sunset but tropical storm Hermine got in the way.

Pros: The beach at sunset was amazing and very romantic!! .....Once the children had gone in for dinner ;)
Cons: VERY tiny bar, took us 20 minutes to get a drink when we came back to the resort after dinner one evening (Didn't go back!). Loads of Children - but it is a family resort.. Maybe they could look at having some "Adult only" areas or beach section. Bed was old and squeeked at the slightest movement. Room wasnt very clean and overlooked the Delivery road and public carpark - got woken up on sunday morning at 7am by a reversing truck!

Pros: The hotel is right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. The property was well-maintained and clean. Above all, the staff was amazing, we had a few issues (on our end not theirs) and they made sure everything was perfect.
Cons: The price and variety of food left a little to be desired, but what we ate was excellent.
