AAA Editor Notes
Flying Horses Carousel, 15 Lake Ave., was constructed in 1876 and is said to be the oldest platform carousel in the United States. It got its start thrilling pint-size patrons at Coney Island in New York but was moved to a red barn in Oak Bluffs in 1884.
