America's Hometown Shuttle Trolley can be boarded at any one of nine stops, including the Waterfront Visitor Information Center on Water St. Visitors can hop on and off the trolley during the narrated tour, which highlights such major points of interest as Plymouth Rock, the National Monument to the Forefathers and Plimoth Plantation. Guides relate a variety of historical tidbits about the Pilgrims, the waterfront district and the local fishing industry as well as insider information pertaining to popular shops, restaurants and museums.

Guided tours are available.

Admission
All-day pass $15; $7.50 (ages 6-18). One-way trolley ride $10; $5 (ages 6-18); $25 (family, two adults and two children).
Hours
Daily 9:45-4, late June-late Aug. Closed July 4 and last Sat. in Aug. Allow 1 hour minimum.
