Cons: Very easy to hear even the slightess of noise in the hallways while in our room. And, the hotel charged us at a higher rate than we had received. I did catch it and they adjusted it but if it were up to my husband he would not have noticed the increase

Cons: After leaving our room at 9:00 am and returning at 4:00 pm our room had not been cleaned. I called down and asked why and front desk said he didn't know. Did I want it cleaned now? I said we were going to take a rest before we went out at 6:00 pm so I wanted it cleaned before I returned after dinner. He said he would let housekeeping know. Within minutes housekeeping called to tell me they had people call In sick... And they would be gone by 6:00 pm. So my room was not serviced at all. I have a hard time believing my room couldn't be serviced in the 7 hours I was away... I think that is unacceptable for the price per night..

Cons: The room truly wasn't clean. I asked for a handicap room and that request didn't happen. One of the beds hadn't been clearly been changed, there was long blond hair all through it, the other bed had dried blood on the sheets, I brought this to the attention of the front desk requesting that I needed new sheets, 25 minutes later new sheets were brought to the room and dropped off, I had to change the sheets. A wedding party kept us up until 2:30 am even after we went to the main desk and asked that they please call the room. This trip was for a memorial service and to have to go through what we did was just added stress! So very disappointed!!!!!

Pros: First I can't thank them enough for the great care we received.After an all night drive we were able to get a room early. The staff wasgreat. I especially would like to highlight the house keeping staff. Itgoes beyond their professional care. Due to a back problem I left myheavy suitcase on my bed, and each afternoon when I returned to our roomthe bed made and my suitcase still on the bed. When we left the hotel, Ileft a package with some books I got for my granddaughter. I got a holdof the head of housekeeping, she had the books got my information andsaid she would mail them out to me ups. A week later when my friend andI got home from the rest of our trip she realized she had left anexpensive gift she had purchased. She had left a message about it. Thenext day I received a package from the hotel it looked a little big formy books. When I opened it there was my friend's gift. That'sjust the wonderful staff. If you are like my friend and I you can'tspend $300 + a night in Boston. A short 25 or so minutes away is thisfantastic hotel. Right in the middle of all the history. I will be backagain and again.
Cons: I forgot my swimsuit so I couldn't make use of the indoor pool.
