Decor and appearance is wonderful. However, the rooms are poorly laid out. There is one soft chair for a roomwith two queen-sized beds. That chair has no lamp overhead for anyone to read in the chair. The other person must sit on the bed to watch TV, very uncomfortable. The straight chair at the desk is also quite uncomfortable and you would never sit there to watch TV for any length of time. Ironically, where the soft chair is positioned, you cannot get a good view of the TV and it does not swivel to do so. So, my wife and i had to watch TV in bed, which is very uncomfortable for any extended time. The bed is fine for sleeping, but not for sitting.
Pros: The comfort of the bed.The coffee station, although it was not cleaned on day two after our first night there. The bathroom is fine.
Cons: The lack of a lamp in the one and only comfortable chair in the room. The position of the chair in trying to view the TV.The uselessness of a free-standing lamp next to the TV.The lack of the TV being able to swivel to watch from the lounge chair.Only one comfortable chair, yet two queen-sized beds. Are we expected to arm wrestle for the one chair? The high cost of breakfast at the Hearth and Kettle. You could not order just two eggs and toast. The cheapest breakfast was nearly $10, without adding juice and coffee. Give me a break!!

Pros:
Cons: Not too happy about the first come first serve parking. I had to sit in the parking lot and wait for an hour for someone to leave to get a parking spot. Pretty sad when you pay for a hotel room, but can't use it, because you have to wait in the car for a parking spot. Very annoyed! Also, didn't like the dirty looks when you bring pizza back, because you can't afford to spend another $180 to eat in the restaurant. Spent almost $400 eating in their restaurant two nights in a row and leave two $20 tips and they're going to be annoyed, because we opt to eat out the last night......not happy!

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the hot tub in the room was nice
Cons: The room was too small, especially for the price of the room. It was too pricey.

Pros: The pillows were great.
Cons: The food available was not good. Ordered room service and was very disappointed. The food at the wedding we attended in the hotel was also not good. Seems like all the meals were cold when served. Have heard some people got sick.
