This charming rustic spot is the perfect place to enjoy Northern Italian food and ambience. Located in a residential neighborhood, the entrance is down the alley just off Commercial Street. Guests duck their heads as they make their way into the old brick cellar of this late 1800's home. Straw-wrapped Chianti bottles hang from the exposed wood beam ceilings over candle lit tables set on slate floors. Table spacing is a bit tight, but the food is excellent, especially the homemade sauces. Other popular dishes include risotto, chicken, lamb, veal and local fish.
