Pros: Very nice staff. The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful to monitor the night activities of guests. There was a group of basketball players who were very loud for three hours late into the night. I was discounted $50 from my bill, but I think there should be a policy in place to keep accountability. Thanks.

Pros: The fabulous Senior Operations Manager Coleeen Winfrey who was on duty several times during our stay. She remembered our name every time out of hundreds of guests and she was friendly, helpful, informative and professional. Top marks

Pros: Clean, airy, large hotel and rooms.
Cons: Staff at front desk were either missing at check-in or check-out or rude after ringing bell for service. Also they add on to the quoted rate upon arrival, for daily parking etc. so check the fine print on the quote.

Cons: Had problem with parking with other customer and security was very poor and bad, they didn't care about me and my parttner was terrible security!!! Also I got charge for internet witch I gormpromise it is free!!! I didn't like at all!!!
