Many rooms and cottages offer fantastic views of Parker's River and Nantucket Sound. The sandy 1000 ft of beach and recreational activities including kayaking and parasailing are some highlights. The kiddie pool with water features and supervised children's programs make this a haven for families. All rooms have decks or patios, triple-sheet beds and 32-inch flat-panel HDTVs. Smoke free premises. 164 units, some three bedrooms and cottages. 1-2 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.

Hotel is very well managed, as reflected by the staff in their professionalism and friendliness. It was one of our best family vacations, we regret we only stayed three nights.
Pros: Staff was wonderfully accommodating. KidsKlub staff friendly, patient and in encouraging our special needs child to participate. Location! View!

This hotel is definitely a family/kid oriented vacation stay. Everything is conveniently onsite. The private aspect is enough for those looking to avoid the crowds from the public beaches up along the cape. Lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas are for guests and complimentary towels are there when you step off the beach. There preplanned workshops for the kids and a nice bar for the parents for after hours. There is a decent grille by the pool and the restaurant has a fair buffet for lunch and dinner. Better to venture off to find local fanfare, though. The rooms are handsome but could use refreshed look. The hallways of first floor guest rooms adjacent to the indoor pool do smell of chemicals. River facing rooms are nice to sit off the deck. Parking fills up quickly and spaces are good for almost everything except full size SUVs.
Pros: Convenient outdoor pools and a private beach with complimentary umbrellas, beach chairs and towels a plus. Lots of scheduled workshops for the kids. Easy to find and not to far off the main.
Cons: Parking fills up fast. Rooms could use updating. Indoor pool chemicals do waft throughout the hallways of 1st floor rooms but bearable. Onsite restaurant buffet is adequate but selection does not change. Expect to dine local. Wifi hotspots annoying.

Cons: The parking left a bit to be desired but was able to find a spot eventually.

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Parking was an issue at times. They let visitors of people staying there visit and park there. Not enough parking spots to do that.
