Pros: Clean Room & Hotel. Very helpful & friendly staff. Pleasant stay.
Cons: Brimfield week. So probably extra busy week for the hotel. However the hotel restaurant seemed ill prepared for the steady stream of customers. Long waits and the restaurant seemed to be understaffed. However, once served, the food was very good and service was good.

Pros: Especially liked the pillow menu. Nice pool/spa/exercise area. Ate dinner in the restaurant - food was very good - nachos and burgers. Terri, our waitress/bartender did a great job.
Cons: Two negatives. One, please don't nickel and dime me for a cup of coffee after paying almost $200.00 a night. In a hotel this size you would think there would be complimentary coffee in the lobby. Nope 2 bucks a cup. Come on. Also, there are huge windows in the front of the building. A little dead bird was there for two days. Kinda gross. Those are the ONLY two negatives I can honestly report. Overall, the stay was great!

Pros: Clean and new. Everything felt safe and roomy. The air conditioning was nice and cold. The showers were nice and hot. The bed was comfy and there's even a pillow menu--they have pillows you can choose to fit you (back sleeper, side sleeper, anti-snore)
Cons: It's I convenient that There's a $30 per night hold on your credit card for incidentals. Just be wary if you're using a debit card and don't know how much is in your account. I'm waiting 5 business days to be credited $60 for 2 nights.
