Pros: It's close to the bus, train, shopping, museums, Connecticut river, parks, and much more, comfortable king bed and very nice massaging shower head in bathtub and shower combination.
Cons: Breakfast not free and no breakfast buffet during the week, room was next to lobby air conditioning compressors which were running nonstop and noisy all night long, only a soda machine on the 7th floor I was staying on, was sold out of regular Pepsi and was $2.50 per bottle and didn't accept credit cards, just cash.

Pros: Proximity to the city events.
Cons: The room was very close to the highway. So you could hear that noise all night. The people in the room next to us were very noisy as well.
