Pros:
Cons: Poor lighting in bathroom No bar open at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night in the summer. Ridiculous

Pros: I like that the majority of the stay and staff. Front desk was awesome upon checking in.just awesome give her a raise. You have a lot of good staff that were very helpful when I needed them. the manager over the housekeeping was awesome and very understanding. she was well organized and always on top of everything give her a raise. I was so grateful for the peace and serenity that was given to me I needed it so much. Because of the peace and serenity given to me i booked for two more nights my body needed the rest and relaxation. it was well worth it all just for the quietness and calmness I was given .Thank you so much I appreciate all of it the most. however i need to soak my sore body so i did i didn't like when after taking a bath I wanted to clean the tub i had nothing to clean it so I had no choice to call housekeeping. One of the house keeping staff came in smiled in my face as if she was going to take care of everything but didn't take care of the tub. my body was so sore and in so much pain I had to use soap and one of the rags to clean it out . However the rest of my stay all the housekeeping staff after my first day was awesome THANKYOU FOR EVERYTHING SHERATON
Cons: I didn't like that the room smelled like the river They did offer to help me move but i was so drained and worn out . i had no energy for it this was the main purpose of coming here I didn't like the first house keeper who really didn't do a good job on the tub. I didn't like for my entire stay I had to sleep on feathered pillows even after i informed them I WAS ALLERGIC TO FEATHERS. I sneezed and sniffed the entire time . something in the room i was allergic to and couldn't figure it out every time I slept on the bed it felt like my face under attack so between the bed and chair I had to use where ever i fell asleep . every time i woke up sneezing the chair was my bed. I didn't want to be the annoying costumer and feel like that first housekeeper made me feel when i ask for the pillows to be changed from feathers and needed the tub cleaned. the looks and feeling she gave i will never forget but never want to face. she been there for years i' m there for a short time she could be he best worker there. I was too tired and worn out I didn't like that the room was paid for one time when I checked in , then later om that night while i realize i need to stay a couple of days more I paid for the other two days but checked out the same night then charged for the next two days . I'm totally upset over that the money has not been resolved nor the extra room charge recovered or used . I was totally embarrassed to find out the hotel took more money out of two accounts this situation hasn't been resolved Today I just check out and booked into another hotel I cant deal with this no more.

Pros: The staff was extremely pleasant beginning with hotel employee at check in to at breakfast before check out!
Cons: When we left we had a problem with the parking garage because we did not have a ticket to activate the exit bar yet we were charged $17 for the overnight parking (which I think is a sin BTW). The cost of the breakfast buffet was also a bit pricey.

Pros: Access to attractions
Cons: I've stayed at Sheraton Hotels perhaps 100 times. The brand is beginning to show "wear" and this particular hotel does not meet the "star standards". Minimal guest service experience; stained room carpets; stained/worn furniture; expensive parking.
