Pros: It was clean and updated. The staff was extremely friendly.
I enjoyed the breakfast.
Cons: I couldn't get coffee on a 24 hour basis. The in room coffee was not good and you can only get coffee when their restaurant is open. Most hotels now offer complimentary coffee in the lobby.
I would not have stayed there with the price they wanted when I called for a reservation .($250).

Clean and convenient, but book...
Pros: Very clean, always smells good, the staff greeted us every time we entered or exited, the lobby has a large sitting area with TV's and booths, where you can sit and have breakfast with family or friends. Although they forgot to clean our room one of the days we were there, they offered us free breakfast for our inconvenience.
Cons: Book early for this hotel, because it fills up fast. The parking may be tricky. The hotel was probably filled to capacity, but we were traveling with a trailer and had to make sure we were parked by mid-afternoon to make sure we had a space. Also I wish the lobby Starbucks was open longer hours. But it is great to have that option in the morning.

An unexpected pleasure in Worcester.
Pros: The buffet breakfast was nice. Even a coffee to go! And the hotel itself was well decorated and maintained. I wish that I could have stayed another night.
Cons: My pillow could have been softer, but I always have a tough time getting to sleep my first night in a hotel.

Pros: The maid service was wonderful our stay was for three nights and every day our room was cleaned like the day we walked in.
Cons: The breakfast was horrible. egg pan almost empty, hash browns horrible, bacon was floating in about 1/2 inch of grease and way too expensive for the quality. Dont have a problem paying $15 if its worth it If you want a bottle of water it's $2.50. I guess what I'm trying to say is I usually stay at Hampton in for much less, they have an amazing breakfast for free, the beds are more comfortable at Hampton.

Nice modern hotel in downtown...
Pros: I was very pleased to see a nice, modern hotel in downtown Worcester. The deal through booking.com was very helpful, too. I really liked the bistro as I could sit there, read, and drink tea after a too-early dinner. The breakfast there was nice, too. Good to see oatmeal options.
Cons: The room was cold, but for some reasons the ac was on---in January!!

Cons: Room had broken light shade. I called and it took several hours to be replaced. Ehen the room was cleaned, glasses were not replaced, I had to track cleaning crew to get them replaced. Ice bucket not cleaned.

Pros: It was walking distance to the museum. It had had good water pressure in the shower with handholds and top see thru curtain.
Cons: The pillows where either hard polyester fill. Or poor quality feather. So very uncomfortable. The bathroom towels didn't seem clean. They never gave us clean glasses or didn't take the dirties away.

Pros: Great transportation to the concert @ night.We saw a great Garth Brooks concert. Clean and comfortable room.
Cons: It was a very windy and cold day to walk around. We tried to use the pool it wasn't very warm. We were attending a concert that evening so we decided to watch t.v. to pass the time. The picture on the television was on and off due to the wind ,and the fact that used a satellite network.

Pros: High standard of the room, comfortable bed, lots of space. As I was travelling alone I had tremendous support and help from the front desk staff, arranging trips and transport for me.
Cons: Only a minor point, I don't drink coffee and only coffee was provided in the room, I had to ring front desk each day for tea bags!

Pros: This was a very friendly place to stay, all the staff and shuttle drivers were so accommodating to our entire party
Cons: I booked Saturday night 7 months ago at a rate of $139 + taxes, I called to see if I could get a room for Friday night as well due to weather and I ended up having to pay $199 + taxes, they told me it was because it was weekend rates. That just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. They're both weekend nights.
