The Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum is at 220 E. Ann St. The museum offers hundreds of opportunities to explore the worlds of science, technology, math and engineering. More than 250 interactive hands-on exhibits are featured, including a dedicated preschool gallery, a three-story rocket, Google Liquid Galaxy and a real tornado. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
$12; $5 (Thurs. after 5 p.m.); free (ages 0-1).
Hours: Mon. and Wed.-Sat. 10-5 (also Thurs. 5-8), Tues. 9-5, Sun. noon-5. Closed Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
