Pros: Perfect location to I75, OU, and great restaurants. Very nice area. OU is a nice campus to walk around. Front desk staff was awesome.
Cons: Love having a kitchette, but the first room they put me in was dirty (beds had not been changed). The second room was fairly clean but the floors and in the corners had dead bugs and spider webs. Housekeeping needs help.

Pros: There was no part of this hotel that we liked...horrible stay
Cons: Extreme dirtiness my wife had to clean the kitchen...both beds had hair throughout bed...floors had food crumbs still on them...large piece of food and garbage under both beds...hair in sink and tub of bathroom...used soap still stuck to counter in bathroom...we had to change our own linen when I asked for the beds to be changed with hair throughout...staff never came to change they handed me linens in plastic bags and said here you go... breakfast was listed ..it was granola bars mini muffins and four packs of oatmeal with cold and old tasting coffee.

Pros: Location
Cons: The place looked like a war zone. It looked like a condemned motel getting there last money. They told me they had problems last minute and offers me to stay in a different place but when I took them up on the offer they put me in the war zone. I didn't have time to find other lodging. The truth is I am very sad about the whole ordeal I even had to go downtown to get coffees

Pros: The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice.
Cons: The pillows were terrible and the soundproofing between rooms was non-existent. The front desk employee was not very informed and took a long time to come up with a solution for our incorrect booking. We had asked for accommodations for a child and one pet. They were not on the reservation even though I had made my reservation including them on it. He charged us for the pet and gave us the upgrade to two queen beds because there was no roll away available. The next day we were overcharged for our room by the next front desk person (charged for a two queen beds and the pet) due to the night clerk not leaving notes explaining his changes to our reservation to meet what we expected. We were completely overcharged according to what our expectations were. The front desk employee claimed we will have to wait 10 days to get refunded the difference. I'm not completely confident we'll ever see it.
