Pros: The hotel staff was great, the pool was nice and the food was delicious
Cons: We had a suite and the heating didn't work in the room. After inspecting the heater vents the filter had not be changed in a year it was so filthy and caked. We got moved to a new suite after 3 hours and had to pack up and unpack again to the new room. Same issue in new room. We got it fixed a second time and a new filter was installed

Pros: The staff is outstanding; courteous and welcoming. The suite was spacious. Pool and hot tub are nice amenities; and the atrium design is interesting. Grounds are nicely landscaped and attractive. Very safe(but boring)location in the exurbs.
Cons: 1.Bed was in terrible condition, sunken in the middle 2.Door from bedroom to living area is a dbl.door with a large gap in the middle; no privacy 3.Parking:only two access points to building, long walks to enter 4.Ceiling of pool area needs cleaning/paint

Pros: We loved the spacious rooms. And the pool was wonderful. The food was amazingly fantastic. We had the filet. Wow. Best I've ever had.
Cons: We thought there would be a kitchen. And the fridge was quite small. It worked very well, though.
