Pros: free parking, didn't get a chance to use the free wifi. Staff was excellent very interpersonal and friendly

Cons: I didn't get the room from my reservation however they gave free breakfast for their mistake

Pros:
Cons: 30-45 minute check-in issue. Staff couldn't find our reservation, requiring multiple calls to a booking.com agent. Staff blamed booking.com as "always putting the resv. on the wrong dates so the hotel's system couldn't find it". Staff did not apologize for check-in delay or offer any compensation for our wait.
