Pros: Did like our stay and will return here if we are in the area. Stayed there while attending a professional conference in Novi which was about 9 miles drive from the hotel. The location was good but to keep in mind that one would invariably need to have a car though. Satisfactorily clean room, linens, towels and bathroom. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quick mart for snaps, quick mart for snacks which was quite useful at odd hours to much on..Did not need to use it this time, but the room was also equipped with a small kitchenette and was well stocked up with utensils one would need if he/she chooses to cook while staying. Iron, microwave oven and refrigerator in room. All were pretty clean.. Certainly a plus. Breakfast was not extraordinary unlike most Embassy Suits, but decent enough to not have any complain against what was offered though. Close to roads, but room was quiet. it was pretty much spot on as advertised. Pleasant stay overall. Thank you TownePlace Suits by Marriott in Commerce, MI.
Cons: Although quite usual for the Marriott class chain hotels to charge/hold incidental fees at check-in, there was however nowhere I was prompted while booking through booking.com that my booking would be subject to that. I would have appreciated if the check-in staff at the reception desk would have mentioned it prior to going to charge me the incidental fees (~ $ 42) while checking us in. Minor issue but some clarity would have been more appreciated.
Pros: Good breakfast, clean, very comfortable, quiet, pet friendly.
Cons: TV could have been a bit bigger.

Pros: The rooms were fresh and clean and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good, and staff were fairly helpful. Overall a very good experience.
Cons: I would have appreciated the hotel clerk telling me at check in that an incidental fee of $25-30/night would be charged when I checked in and released after I checked out.
Pros: The breakfast was delicious. Hot coffee was ready. Bed very comfortable.
Pros: The cleanliness of the facilities, free breakfast buffet, design of the room, quick mart for snacks, expedient service.

Pros: THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN .
Pros: Modern 'funky' design, helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Internet is easy to use - no codes, just connect. Location good, even though in Michigan.
Cons: The breakfast is boring, and the disposable breakfast plates are pretty tacky - which considering each room has a full kitchen with good plates and forks seems a bit weird.
