AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Location (to sporting venues, shopping, nature, waterfront etc.)): The location of this hip hotel is second-to-none. All of my favorite Corktown restaurants, bars and area attractions are within walking distance.
Guests will be impressed by the cool industrial feel of one of the city's newest hotels. Virtually all furnishings—including furniture, artwork and lighting—were made by in-state manufacturers. Chic guest rooms feature custom-made bedding and retro-style lighting; most bathrooms feature full shower stalls. The property is in historic Corktown, a 10-minute walk from multiple shops, restaurants and cocktail bars. If you feel like exploring the city on wheels, rent a bike. Smoke free premises. 144 units. 4 stories, interior corridors.

Pros: The lobby and room were newly remodeled and fairly nice.
Cons: The hallways and elevator are terrible. Carpet is old and dirty plus smells like smoke. My wife and kids were a little scared and we just stayed in the room.

Pros: the Staff was very friendly. They have security for your car.
Cons: The Hotel was under renovation. the 1st and 2nd floor was not completed and it which was disgusting. Our room was complete but it looked like a child's play area. You really should send someone to check it out and take it off you list of Hotels.

Pros: Modern Look
Cons: Check-in was at 3pm room was not ready until 4pm. Renovation was distracting and woke us up early in the morning. Difficult to turn on the shower because of the huge glass, sink only trickled water, no microwave, front desk would not answer phone

Pros: The location, staff, bar/restaurant, decor were all great!
Cons: The room itself was clean. I had read that the property was recently renovated. In the hallways and stairwells the place still felt a little dirty around the edges. Carpet probably hadn't been replaced, but overall it felt clean and comfortable.
