AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Location (to sporting venues, shopping, nature, waterfront etc.)): The location of this hip hotel is second-to-none. All of my favorite Corktown restaurants, bars and area attractions are within walking distance.
Guests will be impressed by the cool industrial feel of one of the city's newest hotels. Virtually all furnishings—including furniture, artwork and lighting—were made by in-state manufacturers. Chic guest rooms feature custom-made bedding and retro-style lighting; most bathrooms feature full shower stalls. The property is in historic Corktown, a 10-minute walk from multiple shops, restaurants and cocktail bars. If you feel like exploring the city on wheels, rent a bike. Smoke free premises. 144 units. 4 stories, interior corridors.

Disappointing

Pros:
Cons: The floors were still cement with area rugs. There was grout on the floor. The shower wall did not keep water off the floor. The room was very small and furnishings were cheap. It was definitely not a room I would normally pay over $---- a night for

Pros: The lobby and room were newly remodeled and fairly nice.
Cons: The hallways and elevator are terrible. Carpet is old and dirty plus smells like smoke. My wife and kids were a little scared and we just stayed in the room.

Pros: the Staff was very friendly. They have security for your car.
Cons: The Hotel was under renovation. the 1st and 2nd floor was not completed and it which was disgusting. Our room was complete but it looked like a child's play area. You really should send someone to check it out and take it off you list of Hotels.

Pros:
Cons: Back elevator had graffiti all over it. Carpeting in back hallway filthy and worn. Stinky. Room clean on 4th floor but tiny with concrete floor and only double bed.plastic end tables. No free coffee in morning. Definitely no amenities, slow wifi.
