Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by our stay. Its location off Hwy 31 makes it easy to get to/from the area's attractions. The room layout/size was typical, but also had a mini fridge and microwave. The pool being open 24/7 was a nice plus and the fitness room was decent. The free breakfast was typical, but the fresh-popped popcorn with a choice of toppings, fruit-infused water and apples in the lobby was an unexpected treat. The hotel is older, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
Cons: I know it's an industry standard that weekends rates are higher than weekdays, but $100 more per night seems awfully high.
Cons: We had to get our room cards re-programmed for some reason almost daily. Minor issue only.

Pros: The pool was nice and the breakfast was a good spread of hotel breakfast food.
Cons: It seemed they are in the middle of management change and trying to save money....it showed. Little water pressure (on the 3rd floor at least), had to keep asking for towels, and not all the channels worked (annoying since I was hoping to watch the Olympics). Also the fitness room was not up to par - TV's didn't work, the elliptical machine made horrible noise, no water.
I am not against them trying to save money, but we paid to have a certain standard and I felt they missed it. It was a Best Western Plus, but felt more like a Minus...

Pros: The location and ease of getting in and out was great. Breakfast pretty standard but the staff who provided the food were VERY, VERY hard working and really tried to make sure everything stayed filled in. It was very busy. The equipment in the exercise room worked well. The availability of lemon water in the lobby was a refreshing plus!
Cons: No water, ever, in the cooler in the exercise room. The TV in the exercise room had no volume because the (loud country) music from the lobby was piped in.

Pros: Comfortable bed with a big room. We had plenty of space and the free breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we has.
Cons: The air conditioner was too close to the bed so you had to freeze and sweat. The light over the sink was out and the exhaust in the bathroom didn't work leaving me wondering if I was going to set off the fire alarm taking a shower. We never had a house keeper come to our room during our stay. The door was hard to close and we ended up leaving the room open on multiple occasions when we thought we had shut the door.

The room was spacious and modern. I liked the outdoor porch next to the indoor pool a lot. The beakfast was tasty.
Cons: As in the most US Hotels a lot of plastics for beakfast. A good breakfast on a paperplate or plasticplate with plastic silverware and coffee in a papercup I really don´t like.
