Pros: Cleanliness, good breakfast,helpful staff
Cons: Would be helpful to have a entryway that would allow you to stay out of the rain so you could drive right to the door.

Almost perfect except for TV...
Pros: Some staff members were outstanding like Chester. I had problems with my TV working properly and their maintenance guy was lazy, and did not replace it, like I ask. He blamed it on the cable company instead and the cable company drove 90 miles to check it out needlessly. Then the maintenance guy went home with no regards for the mess he created. Thank god for Chester who worked the front desk, he did come and replace the TV for us. I was a former service manager and know some folks do not do what the customer ask for. Their Maintenance guy knows all, and serves nobody, but himself, trying to escape work that needs to be done. Finally after 48 hours, some else did his job for him. It was a bad impression on the staff that was excellent. I hope the staff that relies on him, do not get dinged. They went out of their way to accommadate. Chester should recieve an award of excellence for taking care of customers. I only share this with you because your best customers tell you what is wrong and give you the opportunity to make it right. Your worst customers say nothing, they just leave and never come back again. I was in customer service for 40 years and I know a little more than average customers. My room was compted for a day thanks for hearing my complaint. A single person can make for an uncomforting stay. The breakfast was the best I have seen at any hotel. If surveys are read and actions are taken, the problem will be corrected.
Cons: TV performance :(
