Pros: Everything was clean and new. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Next to the airport, but could not hear planes coming in and out thanks to a well sound-proofed building.
Cons: Seemed like the kitchen was understaffed. The hot water was far too hot. Would be possible to get burned if not careful.

Pros: Our room was clean and updated. Modern. Cute. . Clean floors. Subway tile in the shower stall. Had everything we needed. Great breakfast!
Cons: Could hear footsteps above us all morning. Felt like our thermostat wasn't working. Room was too warm and wouldn't change. Thought the price for one night was wayyyyy wayyy too high. Have stayed in similar rooms for 50$+ dollars less. But since it was WMU graduation apparently you took advantage of that.

Pros: We had nice notes from the staff and the light was on when we arrived. The room was very nice. Staff very friendly. This hotel, although it doesn't have a good view, is in a good location next to the airport and close to the things we wanted to do. We will definitely stay there again.
Cons: This room was a double queen so there was no room for a comfy chair. Also the pool was down for repairs and wasn't ready to swim in until 6:00 the night before we left. We picked this hotel so we could swim on spring break. Also there is no hot tub. The breakfast food was sort of so so. (Water for tea was lukewarm, pineapple not ripe etc)

Pros: The rooms were huge and well worth the price!
Cons: One of the rooms had left over food in the fridge from the previous people. We would stay here again though!
