Pros: Staff was great. Very courteous, while professional, as well as being very prompt with any requests.
Cons: I did not have a good experience with the breakfast in the morning. I was not told that adults had to pay. Additionally, the food was not good and literally cold. The restaurant did comp my breakfast during the first morning. Second day was not much bett

Pros: Room was close to elevator.
Cons: The hotel was under-staffed so the service was bad. The hotel had just the bare necessities. Really loud toilet.

Pros: From the check in time to the time we checked out the staff worked and took care of us like we were at a 5 star hotel. I saw the manager of the hotel several times in the two days we were there. From just greating us to bussing tables. Great experience.
Cons: Not a single thing I can say about this hotel that was negative.
