family with young children
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helped out as much as they could.
Cons: The room/the accommodation. It had just one bathroom and it was located in the bedroom so folks in the living area had to travel through the bedroom to use the facility. This was a pain given we were lodging with 3 kids. It was very difficult to sleep.
Pros: Facility is great
Cons: Spending many nights at your facility and asked about a better rate. They have me $10 off a night. I felt they could have done better than that. I am in town to work on a deceased aunts estate.
Pros: Comfortable two-bedroom, two bath Apt., well appointed, in a good location. Very good restaurants in the area, close to shopping.
family with older children
Pros: The variety of Breakfast Choices.
Grands with individual tastes were able to choose. They are picky eaters but all were able to find something to eat to their liking!
family with older children
Pros: Staff was very attentive and helpful.
Pros: I loved the up to date appliances along with the considerations of the people staying in the rooms. Hospitality was wonderful, we felt as if we were at home. Everything you can think of was provided for your stay.
Cons: I didn't like the lady bothering us early in the morning. She was very consistent on coming into the room, and didnt come across very nice. I say that because when me and my fiance was in the bedroom and our son was in the living room watching cartoons , she knocked for a short period of time and didn't give me nor my fiance a chance to answer the door. My son came running into the room and says "she trying to come in, she opened the door". Thank God the latch was flipped over on the door, so she couldn't fully open it . My fiance go to the door while she's still trying to make her way in and tell her "we don't need anything." We both didn't like that at all because we felt she wanted to come in , and snoop through our room thinking we were possibly gone, which has happened to our dear friends before, so now we have paranoia about that happening to us. We just believe housekeeping should only come to a room that is being used upon request by calling down to front desk.
