Pros: The beds were very comfortable
Cons: There was a city water problem and they didn't handle the water situation properly. I discussed with management. They are aware.

Pros: Nothing there to like about the Food was over steamed and cooked. and this was @ 7:15
Cons: Very noise no help from Staff. called front desk no help.

Pros: Breakfast ok, pillows good
Cons: Room smelled. Hotel old looking. Staff did not know what to do. Whirl pool not working.

Pros: Booked for 3 nights. Was sent to another hotel the first night because they did not have a room available. 2nd and 3rd night the room was to be discounted which was great but they double charged me and I'm still trying to get one of the charges refunded a month later after multiple calls to the front desk.
Cons: Better customer service and speed in which refund is issued.
