Pros: Bed was comfortable, excellent restaurant and servers were very accommodating, although I felt the meal cost a bit high
Cons: The handicap room which we requested was too far from the elevators, I was given the reason that the closer handicap rooms were already booked, although I booked the room several weeks in advance, my husband required a wheel chair to get to our room, he has congestive heart failure and finds it difficult to walk too far, thankfully a wheelchair was provided upon request, I also requested a recliner as he sleeps in a recliner at home, unable to sleep laying down in a bed, but was told upon arrival none were available

Pros: The staff was fabulous! Donna at the desk and others were wonderful to us. We were there for a funeral and they were more than helpful and even sent a sympathy card to our room. The bar and dining area was comfortable and the food was wonderful. They fixed our eggs just the way we wanted them for breakfast and everything was super delicious. They leaned over backwards to help us and we would stay again!!!

Cons: Paid for the room at booking.com and they didn't even give me a hotel room. I called when I was a couple of minutes away to ask for directions and they said sorry we don't have a room for you. Booking.com made a mistake. Not sure who's fault was it but we had to scramble for alternate an location at the last minute.

Pros: Staff was extraordinary! Ladies at desk as well as service in the dining area even though we ordered food 20 minutes before closing. Just fantastic experience, will definitely stay again.
Cons: The mattress on the bed was not great. It had indentations from where others normally sleep so felt like it was a bit too worn, otherwise highly satisfied stay.

Cons: I seen on the elevator that a cooked-to- order breakfast was $10.95 and that is reasonable but I usually don't eat a full breakfast so I just helped myself to a few items on the continental breakfast table which I assumed were free as they were at every other motel or hotel I stayed at during my month long vacation. I was embarrased to find out halfway through my meal from the food court assistant that there was a charge for these items as I had no voucher for them. I offerd to pay for them but she was very understanding of the situation and said that she would let it go this time. I'm still not sure if the coffee in the lobby was free or I should have paid for that also. In any event I think the charge for the continental breakfast should be made more clear in light of the fact many people have come to expect a free continental breakfast as the vast majority of motels are offering them these days. I reserved the room over the internet and maybe there was some disclaimer there about no free breakfast, but if there was it escaped me.

Pros: The staff at this Hilton were AMAZING! Friendly! Helpful! This was the first stop of our 8 day trip. I had spilled ALOT of water in the elevator. I was very embarrassed to have to share. They already had it cleaned up by the time I got back downstairs to tell them! : )
