AAA Editor Notes
Copper Range Historical Society Museum, 44 Trimountain Ave., showcases past South Range inhabitants and copper mining history in southern Houghton County. Mining, farming, ice harvesting, logging and banking are profiled as is barrel making, which was necessary for shipping the ore and supplies to and from the area.
