Pros: The staff worked with us after I asked our two rooms be put side by side.
Cons: The breakfast could have been managed better, making sure some items were available for guests who didn't get there first.

Pros: Location was very convienent. Quite liked the beach front rooms, breakfast offered was adequate. Coffee was quite tasty, and available 24 hrs. Enjoyed the pool & hottub.
Cons: Did not appreciate receiving a phone message, left on our home phone, asking if we had taken the bed scarfs. When I returned the phone call, the front desk clerk, who was not the one that left the message, said that the hotel was short of bed scarfs, which has been an issue for awhile, and that we should not have received the phone call. I feel before staff phone guests, with accusations they should be aware of the laundry concerns.

Pros: We were extremely comfortable & happy since we were concerned because of our age & medical liabilities.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
