This historic hotel is the tallest building downtown. Its warm and welcoming ambience is topped only by its grand view of the bay from the 10th-floor lounge, which is especially popular at sunset. Rooms in the west wing provide a tad more space than those in the main tower. The 9th floor suites include large private balconies. Smoke free premises. 140 units. 4-10 stories, interior corridors.

Pros: price was too much for the value/ the hotel is old and not updated in years. it is the same place we have been staying for 20 years no up dates at all. the rooms are very old
Cons: they need to paint, fix, update, or lower the price to below a motel six rate. they are no longer the queen of the north
