The tiny dining room of this converted house can only accommodate a few tables, so reservations at this popular restaurant are a good idea. The frequently changing menu focuses on creative preparations of fresh, local ingredients. Entrées may include walleye served with an arugula and chorizo vinaigrette sauce, or roasted pork belly with a poached egg and chickpea puree. Both a five- and seven-course tasting menu are offered.
