Cons: There was dried blood or chocolate on the sheet but it was so late by the time I saw it I threw down a towel and slept on it. Were the sheets changed from the time before? Not sure but it was uncomfortable.

Pros: Fabulous location for shopping and eating. The staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat, etc. This was a birthday celebration for a friend so the hotel is a little pricier than I would normally stay in for a shopping trip. However, it was a lovely place to stay and worth the extra money paid.

Pros: I loved the courtyard and thought the restaurant and staff were very nice. The room was fine w/ about everything a traveler needs.
Cons: Pillows were pretty poor and I was surprised the there was no lotion in the bathroom. B/c of TSA regs, travelers have come to count on hydrating lotion. The "gift store" did not offer any either and seemed to be quite limited in offerings.

Cons: The room was upgraded to a better King room, which I'd already paid for ( The King room), and unfortunately the room that was given was occupied. We then thought we were upgrading to a room on a higher floor, only to find that this room had a double bed and no refrigerator. The associate didn't give me these details, therefore I was very disappointed in the room, and my friend didn't want to move to another room, and so we stayed. I should've been informed about the room NOT having a refrigerator and a double bed! It was a birthday surprise and it was not what I wanted or pictured.

Pros: We liked where it was located but the price and the fees were a lot higher then we would've liked to pay. It was definitely more business friendly then young person friendly.
Cons: It did not seem inviting, it was more of a work place atmosphere then anything else. And not having breakfast for how much I paid was disappointing.

Pros: I was in town for the marathon and I had a great overnight say at the Somerset Inn. It was the PERFECT location for me with very easy access to the highway and a great location next to the mall for my evening entertainment. The staff was super friendly and I was very pleased to see that the front desk was manned at 4:45am when I departed for my run! Very impressed overall and I would stay there again.
