Pros: Was a really great room for my family of 5. Nice to have the kitchen, especially the fridge and microwave. There was entry of room for everyone to be comfortable. And we enjoyed the breakfast and pool area, too. The staff was all extremely friendly and he
Cons: No complaints!
Traveling as Couple
Pros: The hotel was convenient for our visit. The staff was responsive to our requests.
Cons: Broken beer bottles in the parking lot.
Pros: Grandstay was located very close to quite a bit of shopping, drugstores, and restaurants (both chain and local). The staff was helpful and kind, and the on-site facilities were very nice. The room itself was very functional and comfortable.
Cons: Several guests on my floor put bags of trash outside their room during the day, and by the evening the hall itself had an unpleasant smell.

family with older children
Pros: The daily breakfast provided was exceptional. Always a good selection and everything was very good.
Cons: The shower head in our room could use some attention.
Pros: Great place to stay breakfast was amazing. Staff were very helpful.
Pros: Bed was very nice.
Cons: Had a feeling that you have some type of government program going for families? Not that that is bad, but the place had a feeling of used more than it should. Paint roughed up, doors open, door handles stuck open.
Pros: They were able to get us into our room a little earlier than normal. Reluctantly, but they did it.
Cons: We called a week ahead to ask for an early check in. I understand the hotel business so I didn't feel a 1:30 check in was unreasonable. But we were told we would have to ask the day we arrived to see if it was possible. I arrived at noon, an hour after check out and about 3-4 hours after the maids start cleaning, that, "We were full last night and we'll see what we can do." With a special request and a weeks notice any hotel I've worked in would have made sure that as soon as a room matching our reservation became available would have made sure the maids were aeare and cleaned it ASAP. On top of that the guy at the front desk was rude to my husband when he inquired if our room was ready yet. The pool area was perfect for our needs for our son's pool party. The jacuzzi was excellent but the main pool was on the cool side. The room was very nice and extremely clean. I was most disappointed in the fact that what they charged us was not what our email confirmation said the price would be. Inclusive if means including all.
Pros: clean spacious rooms. excellent breakfast variety. will stay again.
Pros: The Grandstay was clean overall, the room smelled fresh and the kitchen in the room with fridge was very nice. (We traveled with a pet but it stayed in the van as we always do when staying at motels. I do not think pets belong in motel rooms. There were open fields nearby which made travelling / walking a dog outdoors very handy which is important to those that travel with dogs.)
Cons: The HVAC system was a little noisy and what I especially dislike as with all motels is the lack of a very firm pillow. I totally hate mushy feather or soft stuffed pillows. Also the typical motel breakfast is a real turn-off and is the reason why we normally stay at B&B's instead of motels along with the fact that B&B's are normally less expensive. The only reason we stay at a motel is lack of B&B's or inability to get a reservation at one.
Pros: nice clean and quiet. Perfect for business travel.
