Pros: I reserved 3 rooms for my sons graduation. The staff allowed parking passes till we could register. Very attentive to all of our needs ,and as always, An amazing night sleep. Best beds on the planet!!!

Pros: Koodos to the Front desk staff who went above and beyond when we requested to stay an additional night. The hotel was fully booked, but the moment they got an opening they called our room to offer it to us. They even offered to help move us to our new room.
