International Wolf Center is .5 mi. n. at 1396 SR 169. The center advances the survival of wolf populations by teaching about wolves, their relationship to the wild and the human role in their future. Visitors can observe gray wolves in a North Woods habitat, view award-winning exhibits and films, and participate in such programs as a trek into the forest to howl at wild wolves or a dog-sledding excursion. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.

Hours: Daily 9-6, mid-June to mid-Aug.; daily 10-5, mid-May to mid-June and mid-Aug. to mid-Oct.; Fri.-Sun. 10-5, rest of year.
