Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, and we love the morning cinnamon rolls.
Cons: The people in the room next to us got a bit noisy, and there was a lot of foot traffic noise above us in the morning. Just not real soundproof, but not unbearable.

Pros: Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean. Staff responded immediately to the noise issue we experienced.
Cons: Walls were not sound proof at all. I swear, we could hear people sneezing 3 doors down... this fact was accentuated by the fact that we had VERY rude neighbors in the adjoining room we were put in (adjoining room wasn't requested). They were yelling, slamming doors and played loud music until about 4:00 a.m. Security/Front Desk did come up and immediately addressed the problem when we contacted them at 11:30, which was appreciated. But, once Security left, the noise continued into the night. We decided to just put in earplugs and try to get through the night. This was more of a guest problem and not exactly a problem with your hotel. However, walls could stand a bit more insulation and maybe ask guests before placing them in an adjoining room, especially if one was not requested.
