Pros: The staff were super nice! The beds and rooms are fantastic.
Cons: I know they are in renovations right now but some of the locks and door handles for the bathrooms were not working.
Traveling as Couple
Cons: room was dirty, a lot of hair on the hair dryer. Saggy bed property was run down, I will not recommend to others
family with older children
Cons: The location and improvements seem generally tired. Old towels, old mattresses, old carpeting, just plain worn out.
Pros: The room was a handicap room close to the lobby.
Cons: No fruit or yoga for breakfast.
Pros: The location of the hotel from where we needed to be. The staff member that was there on Thursday evening when we arrived, was very polite and tried to answer our questions.
Cons: I overall was not pleased with the hotel on a whole. It seemed rather dirty and even though we were in a non-smoking room, it seemed the whole hotel smelled like smoke. If I decide to travel to that area again, I would say I most definitely would find other accommodations. I also feel you should train, at least the front desk employees, on where restaurants, churches and other important facilities are in the town the hotel is in.
Pros: Amber and Christine are awesome
Cons: Wifi is always sketchy
Pros: Room was very comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was good.
