Pros: Staff went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best hotel experiences we've had! The brought room service to our door even thought the kitchen was closed and they upgraded us to a king suite because it was my husbands birthday. They even left a balloon and a card signed by all of the staff. Great breakfast too with a side of Starbucks coffee!

Pros: close proximity to St. Peter and Gustavus Adolphus College. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff friendly.
Cons: You should offer free coffee and water, like the Hilton Garden Inn. When spending the similar amount of money for a room, you should not have to pay for those. Entrance lobby area dark.

Pros: ROOM WAS GREAT AFTER WE GOT INTO THE RIGHT ONE.
Cons: THE INFORMATION ON BOOKING.COM WAS MISLEADING. THE INFORMATION GAVE THE DETAILS & SPECS FOR A SUITE WITH A KING BED AND WHIRLPOOL BUT WE ENDED UP GETTING A REGULAR ROOM WITH A KING BED. THE STAFF WORKED GREAT WITH THE BOOKING COMPANY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IT WAS MUCH APPRECIATED!

Pros: New hotel, near restaurants and other amenities
Cons: I received a handicap room at check-in on the first floor closest to the lobby (was fairly loud all night). Room had light/fixture features made for folks with disabilities which makes sense. That said, seems Ike the staff could have found a more appropriate room for me. I also found the room cost 60% higher than other comparable brands (Hilton Garden by way of example). Not sure it was worth the extra cost.
