Pros: Staff very friendly, prompt service at front desk. Even cleaning staff friendly and courteous. Pool area awesome in water park. Wrist bands included in room was an added bonus. Food in restaurant was good at breakfast. Did not eat there for other meals, but if breakfast was a good indicator ... other meals would have been amazing as well
Cons: Nothing to dislike about the stay

Pros: I liked that the floor was hardwood and not carpet.
Cons: The price was steep, the pool area could be a little bigger and the water slides you should be able to go down with your child.

Pros:
Cons: My son is 49" tall. The first night he was told by a lifeguard that he can't go down the water slide because he wasn't tall enough, although the water level is only 3 ft deep. The 2nd night I sent him up there again because there were smaller kids going up and they let him through--very inconsistent. For the price of the room, they were small and at the very least, a continental breakfast should be offered at no charge instead of paying $10-$15 per person. My husband had black floaty things (couldn't tell if they were bugs, but very similar) in his beer at the pool, so he didn't drink it. I brought it back, asking for another glass and I had to wait for the staff member to get a manager to approve it for over 10 minutes, instead of just replacing it immediately and providing better customer service. Great location but wouldn't stay there again.
