What makes this place special isn't just the unusual pizzas—shrimp al pesto pizza, for one—it's the amount of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu items in addition to the regular meat-lovers items. A favorite on the vegetarian section of the menu is the garlic mashed potato pizza. For vegans, chefs use a special cheese called Rinotta, made from cashews.
