Pros: Extremely convenient to the Mayo Clinic and connected by subway too. You are welcome to get your breakfast from the buffet and take it back to your room which is convenient. Lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. They at least warn people about the inconvenience of paying with debit rather than credit cards (have been caught out with that before)
Cons: Breakfast was OK. Funny styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. Plates went a bit sticky if you put anything hot on them. I hear they are planning to upgrade to real crockery and cutlery. 6th floor corridor smelt of stale cigarette smoke but room didn't

Pros: Very comfortable, easy access to Mayo Clinic thru the subway. Awesome hotel personnel especially Cody at the front desk. We had a mini suite; it was like our " home away from home".
Cons: It was great having breakfast available each day although I would have liked to see a little more variety as we were there for 10 days. It was a nice way to start the day!

Pros: Help was very nice!! Especially, Nick Lynch. Went out his way to be helpful. Gave us excellent directions and told us where we could find things we needed going and coming from the clinic!
Cons: Maybe a more comfortable chair in our room!
