Pros: Absolutely wonderful! Will stay here again when we come back to Rochester
Pros: Large room complete with comfortale chairs and complete kitchen.
Pros: We loved everything about the Residence Inn that is connected to the Mayo Clinic/Gonda Building in Rochester by a subway. So convenient since we were there on a medical reason. Breakfast was good. The "social hour" in the early evening was a surprise & we loved it! Fresh fruit/veggies, dip and wine. Absolutely loved the service of everyone. The young girl that cleaned our room was excellent, smiling all the time. The check in people, Raymond, Stephen, were helpful and fun! :)
Cons: The bed was soft yet supporting, but... we felt like we were rolling towards the edge of the bed all night. Other than that, the bedding etc. was good, and attractive.
Pros: Stephen and Alex at the front desk were phenomenal.
Pros: loved the munchies and drinks in the pm. breakfast was great, suite spacious and quite.
