Pros:
Cons: the tub did not drain, the sink was cracked, and no vanity, the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. We were very disappointed, we need to come back and do not think we will stay there at our next visit, we like the location but the room was so bad!!

Pros: Proximity to Mayo is outstanding. I walked one block from my hospital room to the hotel after major surgery.
Cons: When I entered the room it smelled stale and musty, and immediately upon entering the room my sinuses stuffed up. This did not help my current medical condition. On the first day, my reserved King room was taken for some reason. I don't know why, except that the hotel manager seemed to think it was the fault of the very empathetic person at the front desk. (I don't think it was her fault). My wife and I were able to get a room with 2 beds, and it worked ok.
