Pros: Great 'waterpark style' pool which is why we chose this place. Not as expensive as a real indoor waterpark but more than just one hotel pool. Jet whirlpool was great too! Breakfast buffet did not disappoint either!!

We will not stay at...
Pros: I liked that we were able to check in before the usual check-in time.
Cons: Our room was not clean when we checked in. There were visible marks on the sheets, as if the bed had just been made instead of changed. There was a large group of people who arrived and swarmed the pool and brought noodles, balls, and other inflatables and were allowed to throw them around with no regard for others. At 5:40 in the morning, the front desk called stating our car alarm had been going off every half an hour since 1 am. When my husband went to check on our vehicle, it was not sounding. Thirty minutes later, we were called again to come down to our car. The front desk staff was rude to my husband, telling him he needed to "take care of it, now, because we have already had to give away vouchers to other guests and we had to call the police to find out whose vehicle it belonged to". Why didn't the front desk ask for our vehicle information like most hotels do when guests check in? Unbeknownst to us, our car battery was going out, triggering the alarm. Obviously, we were happy to shut off the alarm and take care of the issue immediately, which we did. We weren't, however, happy to get an attitude about it. When we checked out, barely a word was said to us.
