Courthouse/City Hall

Courthouse/City Hall is at 15 W. Kellogg Blvd. Each of the 19 renovated floors in this Art Deco-style building features varieties of marble and hardwoods from countries around the world. Memorial Hall is dedicated to Ramsey County war veterans and contains a 36-foot-high onyx statue, “The Vision of Peace.” Paintings in the council chamber and an etched-glass light show in the basement depict both pioneer days and modern St. Paul.
